Always a pleasant experience. The urgent is so prompt to take care of you. The staff and medical staff are so kind. Wait times are minimal. Also, Dr. Hasenpflug is very thorough and kind. She truly cares for her patients. So glad to have found this place!

I’ve seen Dr Stacy approximately 3 times. The first time I tried to get in to see my regular PCP because I had some congestion and coughing that had been hanging on way too long and I just wasn’t getting any better. I thought it was viral and didn’t believe I needed antibiotics for it since I don’t like to take them unnecessarily but since it had hung on so long I went to My Doctor and saw Dr Stacy since my regular PCP couldn’t get me in. He checked me out and got me on a prescription which cleared it up quickly. He is quite knowledgeable, of course and explains conditions well. I am so impressed with him and his staff that I’m considering using this facility on a regular basis since he has hired a family medicine doctor. I think if you use this facility you’ll be quite pleased. And lastly I’d like to add as been said in other reviews how very clean the office and lobby are.
