My appt was at 10:15, and I was walking out at 10:40! The nurse was very pleasant, Dr Margaret took excellent care of me and my horrible mouth pain, and I couldn't ask for better service. I rarely have to use an urgent care facility, but I will definitely return if the need represents itself. My experience was 10 out of 10 hands down.

Thank you to Dr. Stacy for taking such good care of our daughter. We were taken into the exam room swiftly. He took time with her and was very kind and caring. He even called her GI doctor and consulted on her case. We are so thankful the Lord led us to this urgent care and Dr. Stacy. We will patronize this urgent care again, if ever the need arises. Consistently exceptional service. We have been seen here several times over the last 18 months. Ours doctors have all been thorough and compassionate. They listened with respectfulness to our individual health care choices. They have even answered follow up calls. We've never had a long wait time. The office is immaculately clean and well maintained. They have been great in communicating with our insurance provider as well. It feels very much like an extension of primary care. We couldn't be happier.

My wife Sharon had a fall on the ice and Dr. Stacy x-rayed her ankle, said she needed surgery, and made a phone call to Hillcrest Hospital. He is fast, knowledgeable, and the wait time at his office is minimal.

Very clean and friendly place

First time here. Was very helpful and kind.

I visited because I was in severe pain from a foot injury. The blood pressure machine seemed to be malfunctioning so they never got a good read. My foot was xrayed and it was determined my foot was sprained. I had to ask what to do because I couldn’t bear weight. I was given crutches and treated like a criminal for wanting something for pain. I got no care instructions. I’m in tears leaving. I was hurting and it felt to me like I was just ushered out like some addict. I had to Google search how to treat it at home. I have fibromyalgia and am highly sensitive. My primary doctor is at this facility. She’s amazing so I will continue seeing her but I will never set foot in there as an urgent care patient nor will I recommend anyone go there
